Warranty

Every new Lloyd Wayne Home includes a 10-year Limited Warranty administered by the Bonded Builders Warranty Group http://www.bondedbuilders.com/. The Limited Warranty includes a One Year Coverage, a Two Year Coverage, and a Ten Year Coverage to help protect your home.

Builders who offer the Bonded Builders Warrany meet or exceed standards for financial management, quality construction, customer satisfaction, and professional integrity as well as:

Builders must follow specified construction codes
Builders must pass additional inspection requirements
Bonded Builders stands behind the Builder if they can not meet the warranty obligations
Coverage is fully transferable
Builders must undergo an annual review in order to continue in the program.
